All classes are on Sunday at FantasyMakers in El Cerrito from 2pm-5pm unless otherwise noted. Doors open at 1:30 pm. Reservations are necessary. Twack! Understanding Impact Play
with: PantherProwLs and Embers
Donation: $15 to $25, sliding scale

This class is designed to teach the participant to understand the basic science and mechanics behind various types of impact play. This includes safety zones, preferred impact zones, kinetic energy, energy transfer, rate of transfer, flex, and some of the mathematical and physical equations that apply to impact play. Various methods and tools/toys of impact play will be demonstrated. Upon completion of this class, participants should be able to create and understand why they choose and/or prefer various toys when they do S&M impact play. This will allow the bottom to make more informed choices when negotiating and allow the Top to create a better, more satisfying scene both for themselves and for their partners.

About the Presenters:

PantherProwLs and Embers (aka PanthersPrey) are a 24/7 M/s couple living in the San Francisco Bay area. Together since 2001, they have been active playing, and teaching for groups and events such as Society of Janus, SMOdyssey, Citadel, Edges, Lair de Sade, Leather Leadership Conference, NLA-OKC’s Tribal Fire, DFW_ALT among others, on a variety of S&M skillsets and Ds/Ms topics.

They also make leather products for the BDSM community, which they market through His company, PantherProwLs Enterprises.

American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certification Class
with: Tatiana Belodyne
Donation: $50

This 8 hour class will teach you the basics of Cardio-Pulmonary Respiration and First Aid. Our focus will be in emergencies in a professional playhouse/ dungeon setting, but the skills you will receive will be transferrable to emergencies at home or in any other part of your life. The American Red Cross First Aid and CPR courses incorporate the latest science for first aid, CPR and emergency cardiovascular care, meet OSHA's Guidelines for First Aid and bring you a wealth of educational innovations. You will receive American Red Cross Certification for CPR good for one year and for First Aid good for three years.

About the Presenter:

Mistress Tatiana Belodyne is a lifestyle dominant with more than a dozen years of experience as a professional Domme (www.Fantasymakers.com). She is one of the Headmistresses of the FantasyMakers Academy (www.Fantasymakers.org), is a certified CPR Instructor, and is a community college teaching assistant in Anatomy and Physiology. She is a popular educator, presenting locally and across the country on subjects as diverse as Spanking and Paddling, Infantilism, Anatomy for Tops, Mummification, and Breast Bondage. She is renowned both for her accessible, entertaining style in presenting technically accurate, safety-conscious material and for her hot demos. Her most recent class for the FantasyMakers Academy was on Anal Play.

About the Presenter:

Domina is the owner and operator of The Frugal Domme. She’s been in the scene for somewhere around 20 years, and was kinky before that: She just didn’t know what to call it. She’s married to her slave, Lee, and Mistress to her girl, Meryl. They all live together in a big house in Santa Rosa, California, with her niece, Atheris, two dogs, and three (or four) cats. The cats, of course, are dominant.

She’s been teaching for about fifteen years, and is known to have a very weird sense of humor. She’s a notorious sadist, but often her scenes have a maniacally funny component. She can drive a bottom to distraction. She’s been active in the community and started groups like the Northern California Ladies’ Tea and Discussion Society, The Modesto Discussion Group, and served on the original board of the Dungeon Monitors Association.
